about

Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. Coming from a long line of business owners, I’ve always been driven to build, innovate, and challenge the status quo. As the founder of a multi-seven-figure agency, I scaled a startup from an idea into an industry leader, achieving record-breaking growth—even in the face of global disruption.

I believe challenges are opportunities, and true success comes from building trust, being authentic, and creating long-term partnerships—not transactions. My curiosity, resourcefulness, risk tolerance, and human-centric approach allow me to identify gaps and develop solutions that drive real impact. I don’t fit in a box, and I don’t believe business should either.

Now, I’m channeling my experience and passion into building a portfolio of companies that bring innovative products and services to the global events industry. By collaborating with planners, agencies, venues, event tech innovators, and destination marketing organizations, my mission is to create meaningful and valuable impact that advances the industry that I know and love.

Beyond business, you’ll find me exploring the world with my two daughters and husband, dancing to music that moves my soul, and indulging in bold flavours from every corner of the globe. I thrive on connection—surrounding myself with inspiring people, rich conversations, and unforgettable experiences.

Gen-Z: Different Decades, Same Values

As a millennial who’s spent the better part of my career building relationships, scaling a business, and navigating the nuances of the global events industry, I recently found myself curious: How does the next generation see all of this? Gen-Z professionals are entering our industry with strong values, sharp perspectives, and an unapologetic lens on what matters to them.
